in #62643 I discovered (via the use of trace mode) that this is due to having libmd active, as the build picks up its headers. A conflicts_build entry should be added against it, or the libmd port should be modified to put its headers somewhere else.

(This also affects emacs-app and emacs-mac-app, too, btw)

libmd's headers have been moved to a subdirectory which should fix this problem.
