I'm also attaching the full log file. It seemed there were other errors before

In af351c49a063d8622dd1a5bafd4e0ff3ca23d859/macports-ports (master):

htcondor: remove port

• maintainer hasn't touched the port in the last 6 years and it is very outdated (latest upstream release is version 25.6.1).
• current version supports only EOL Python versions, does not build on newer systems, and has several open Trac tickets
