poppler 0.82 build failing

Description
Looks like the relevant error is dyld: Library not loaded: /opt/local/lib/libicui18n.58.dylib I have libicui18n.65.1.dylib libicui18n.65.dylib in the right location, not sure why it's trying to pick up .58
Possibly related to #59615 (?) I'm on macos 10.14.6, however, with Xcode 11.1 installed.

the issue is with port xar.
I would personally just force a quick rebuild from source, but if it's on your updates list, you can force it to upgrade first.

In the future, please add the port maintainer(s) to Cc (port info --maintainers poppler), if any.

This is #59400 which is already fixed. As Ken says you just need to upgrade xar.
