Description

3.0.4 adds 11 bug fixes.

"In particular, upgrading to this release is strongly recommended for people creating GeoTIFF files in EPSG:3857 / WebMercator projection, and who used previous 3.0.x releases."

gdal: Update to 3.0.4

This triggers the required rebuild against a newer poppler after the
recent poppler update.

patch-poppler.diff was a backport from upstream and is thus no longer
necessary.

Missed latest version 3.1.0. I assume that a new ticket must be filed.
