Description
Latest upstream version is 3.8.1, released 2019-09-24. Port is still at version 1.1, as when submitted in 2005. The last ehcache 1.x version was 1.7.1(?), released in 2009. The 2.x branch is active but retiring in favor of 3.x.
Port currently has fallback dependency on deprecated port kaffe, which should be replaced with using the Java portgroup: #60206.
An earlier ticket exists for the port failing to fetch from CVS: #34887
(I personally do not need this port.)
