    6 You would try what ryan said. If it did't work, what did it do? Show us the output again, should not be the same error, as that server would not be used. Then try downloading manually, like I did above. Does that work? If not, what happened?

    8 It's more of a "we help you fix your problem" than it is a "we fix your problem" kind of tech support.
