Upgrade GIMP2 port to GIMP 2.10.20

Description

The GIMP team has released GIMP 2.10.20 a couple of weeks ago. Would be great to update the port to the latest version as also the GIMP team itself does not provide a Mac port to download.

This does indeed appear to be resolved. I've installed the Quartz variant of GIMP 2.10.20 on MacOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14, and 10.15, and it works beautifully in all four environments.
