Yes they released it around 11 days ago as that’s when osxcross added support for Apple silicon

at the moment, I'm still trying to sort out what version of llvm this seems to want to build against...it looked like llvm-9.0, but it doesn't seem to be totally happy with that version at present.

I did a quick check and tpoechtrager uses llvm from commit 729748d085a90bd2a4af36efbfb2dc33b4704de3

The same thing but using Apple LLVM branch https://github.com/apple/llvm-project/tree/apple/stable/20190104

I saw that too, but so far haven't legged out what numerical version of llvm that corresponds to...I'll get to it.

It’s strange this doesn’t work but using https://github.com/tpoechtrager/apple-libtapi build.sh does complete

Going off the provided build.sh the issue seems to be an issue with the headers
