tidyp: Fix build on arm64

Update config.guess and config.sub to fix configure failure on arm64.

Fix implicit declaration of function in configure.

Use archived homepage since original domain is now owned by a squatter.

Disable livecheck and use deprecated portgroup to indicate no upstream
support since the git repository has been archived.

Add size to checksums.
