Description
pass-otp, which is an extension to pass, installs its bash completion into
/etc/bash_completion.d/pass-otp
whereas pass installs its bash completion into
/opt/local/share/bash-completion/completions/pass
The former seems like the wrong place, i.e. that it should remain inside /opt/local
