Description

Neon cannot be installed in bigsur 11.1.

I have executed the following commands: 

$sudo port clean neon
$sudo port -v install neon > neon.log

the error is in configuration: 

configure: error: could not find library containing socket
Command failed:  cd "/opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_www_neon/neon/work/neon-0.30.2" && ./configure --prefix=/opt/local --with-ssl --enable-shared --with-expat --with-libproxy 
Exit code: 1
