Description

When attempting to upgrade tiff, I ran into a build failure with libjpeg-turbo.

Looking at the build log, it's trying to compile jsimd.c for x86_64 and thus, obviously, fails.

Yeah -- who ever thought switching en-mass to libjpeg-turbo was going to be easy :>

There is another active ticket about the fact that libjpeg-turbo has never been able to build universal. #60018

universal with arm64 is yet another wrinkle...
