Hi,

When trying to install (or upgrade) py39-black, it fails:

Hi,

I have updated to last version of setuptools-scm (6.3.1, released just yesterday) and py39-black has been upgraded without any inconvenience. So I suppose that it was a bug in setuptools-scm.
