hyper: update to 3.2.3, use Python 3 and TheRightCompiler

Description

the livecheck of the hyper port currently doesn't work, but the latest upstream version is 3.2.3 (currently packaged is 3.0.2). An update of the port would additionally allow for the use of Python 3 and at the same time -if possible- should make sure to use TheRightCompiler, which is currently not the case.

I quickly attempted this but there were failures and I don't really know enough about yarn to quickly spot the issue.

You can follow the recipe ​here to test whether a port is using the RightCompiler. The ​PR does take care of the update and uses now Python 3.10 but the compiler part isn't fixed with the additions there.
