Description
I have tried to make a doxygen Portfile update. The Portfile I had did not work due to an incorrect md5 checksum.

Which system and DarwinPorts versions are you using? I just fetched doxygen 1.4.6 and verified the existing Portfile checksums on my PowerBook running Mac OS X 10.4.4 and DP 1.2. Can you please:
sudo port clean --all doxygen sudo port -v extract doxygen

Any follow-up on this? I am unable to reproduce an incorrect checksum for doxygen-1.4.6.tar.gz. I even verified the checksum on another system by checking the file downloaded by the FreeBSD ports system.
