In 2ab8b429c764465fc38510ee0396aaa8d7fb73b6/macports-ports (master):

pstoedit: disable documentation and remove tex build deps

This only disables *rebuilding* the documentation; the versions
provided in the distfile are still installed.

This is needed to resolve a circular dependency because building the
docs requires latex2man which is in texlive-bin-extra, but
texlive-bin-extra depends on this port.
