gnucash error messages (seems to run fine)

Gnucash 4.9_1 just newly installed on Monterey (and yes, I followed the migration instructions) is still exhibiting an error I was seeing for the last few months on Big Sur. Whenever I start Gnucash, the following error messages appear in terminal although I have not detected any malfunction in the program.

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'gi'

Then as I use Gnucash, and accumulating more copies as I do more, I get the following showing up in terminal.
