Description

A missing #include <math.h> causes the build to fail for some OS versions: 

qjp2handler.cpp:847:41: error: use of undeclared identifier 'pow'
    const double jasperRate = minRate + pow((double(quality) / double(maxQuality)), 2) * maxRate;

Already fixed upstream since 5.15: ​https://invent.kde.org/qt/qt/qtimageformats/-/commit/704868db61be. I can likely propose to fix this in affected ports soon.
