Description
This is a request to make Clang 15 available, if possible.
clang-devel is the non-stable 16.0 already and it does not seem to build on 10.14, which I use.

I'm sorry about that, something's wrong with my MacPorts installation and port sync doesn't appear to sync properly. Maybe I shouldn't have set it to use a clone of the MacPorts git repo ...
