Latest Xcode version is 14.01 NOT 14.1. Macports won't update because of this.

You need Xcode 14.1 or later on macOS Ventura. If 14.1 final is not out yet, install 14.1 release candidate.
For those of us only using Xcode for Macports, this is a large & unpleasant surprise. Not your fault at all, obviously, but I do think it deserves some attention on the homepage. I do not want to install 20+ GB of pre-release software, so that means I can't use Macports for now.
