aquaterm @1.1.1 build failure on Ventura

updated Xcode to 14.1

run command sudo port install octave

working for 3 hours or so with no errors

then

or just open Xcode.app at least once

it's not ideal that there is no indication that Xcode is not functional unless you open it at least once.

I'm not sure how MacPorts could be helpful in this area.
