Apparently Apple has taken down or moved tarball archive. Existing links lead to nowhere.

From https://opensource.apple.com/releases/ -> Developer Tools -> Developer Tools 12 -> Developer Tools 12.0: cctools-973.0.1 Download | GitHub. The Download URL points to the Tarball archive URL, the GitHub URL to the corresponding source code on Apple's GitHub repository.
Existing URLs should be adjusted accordingly, if necessary, I guess.

We also need to fix links inside darwinbuild. It is broken at the moment, since old links fail.
