Looks like it's failing everywhere since the last update. libfl is provided by flex.

Adding a library dependency requires increasing the revision.

  • Add worksrcdir fix for latest base

It's not intended for you to need to do this in each port, so let's figure out what's going wrong and fix it correctly. Does reverting [6306106231c1c0eb278d9431ee9bbeb1d9f620a1/macports-ports] fix it? (Not that I want to revert it, but let's see if that's in the general area of the problem.)
