HandBrake needs an update

Description
HandBrake is currently pretty broken and very much outdated.
HandBrake71 also needs an update to the latest version which supports PPC (and renamed, of course). That is, at least 0.9.4: https://handbrake.fr/old.php (but likely a bit higher). I will try to handle this part – legacy one.

@barracuda156 Thanks for the updated port file, this looks very promising. It looks like you resolved a lot of the cruft in the original port file. I will give it a try.

Upd. I have a port for modern Handbrake working on powerpc: https://github.com/macos-powerpc/powerpc-ports/blob/5128efd62adec8f4d84acf61a78d5659bbe72445/multimedia/handbrake/Portfile There is no need to carry
HandBrake71(and nobody gonna fix it anyway), it can be deleted.
