This is what happens when you try to call github.setup multiple times which is why you shouldn't do that, and why generally python module ports avoid the github portgroup entirely and fetch from pecl instead.

Somehow it uses a wrong tarball, this is a checksum for a newer version. Correct is this one (but portfile still has it mismatched):
