Can it be switched to newer Python?

htcondor: remove port

  • maintainer hasn't touched the port in the last 6 years and it is very outdated (latest upstream release is version 25.6.1).
  • current version supports only EOL Python versions, does not build on newer systems, and has several open Trac tickets

port was very outdated, available only for EOL Python versions, did not build on recent macOS versions and thus has been removed
