qt4-mac does not currently build on macOS Sequoia

Description

Trying to install qt4-mac on Sequoia. Got error: "does not currently build on macOS versions later than 13 Ventura."

Yeah, it was broken on 14, and sure is on 15. Also getting qt4 building on arm64 has not met with success.

minor adjustments, and success: 

% port -v installed qt4-mac
The following ports are currently installed:
  qt4-mac @4.8.7_14 (active) requested_variants='' platform='darwin 24' archs='x86_64' date='2024-09-24T21:15:10-0700'

I'll push the fixes.
