db48 @4.8.30_5+arm64: db48 fails to build

As part of migration to macOS Sequoia, I attempted to upgrade MacPorts with sudo port migrate. As part of this, I ran into multiple problems, and one of which was db48 failing to build.

Following other tickets, I have attempted to completely remove and reinstall Command Line Tools, and it hasn't helped.

Make sure you run sudo port clean db48 after fixing your command line tools.

While in some sense this seems to be a duplicate - the issue this shows and what we are seeing is that there is no binary package for db48-4.8.30_5.darwin_24.arm64.tbz2 in macports. Shouldn't there be one now?
