Description
After running port selfupdate && port upgrade outdated recently, I ran into a problem which is perfectly described here,https://github.com/SciTools/cartopy/issues/2284. The fix is to upgrade pyshp to 2.3+. Unfortunately, port info py311-pyshp shows that pyshp is currently at 2.1.3, with no updates available. Can the port be updated to 2.3+?
