py-panel: ERROR Missing dependencies: hatch-vcs

Description

Dear all,

It seems that the port py-panel has not listed the hatch-vcs dependency correctly and build fails saying hatch-vcs is missing. This error goes away when manually installing py3xx-hatch-vcs with macports.

Should be a quick fix... Cheers, R
