webkit-gtk3 build fails with type error in libxml2

Fresh install on new M4 Arm laptop. webkit-gtk3 failed to build (type error) with libxml2 version 2.13.4_1. Tracked this down to issue with new function definitions in libxml2 versions from 2.12. Found webkit commit 1bad176 (github) which described this issue and had fixup. Applied those fixups as a patch and build succeeded.

Note had a display issue with both XQuartz and Xorg so now running quartz only.
