qt58-qtbase: Xcode not set up properly

Description

On all OS versions that I've checked, qt58-qtbase fails to build: 

   Xcode not set up properly. You may need to confirm the license
   agreement by running /usr/bin/xcodebuild without arguments.

e.g. ​https://build.macports.org/builders/ports-13_x86_64-builder/builds/84486/steps/install-port/logs/stdio

Xcode is of course already set up properly on our build machines.
