Documentation update for howto/MAMP

The documentation for MAMP and the branches under it need updating due to multiple changes to the underlying programs and their documentation. I tried to set this up (starting from scratch so everything is new) using this documentation and have not succeeded because the documentation is out-of-date in some crucial areas.

Wiki pages are community documents. Anybody can edit them.

Thanks for the information, I did not know this. My problem, however, is I can delete out-of-date information but not correct out-of-date information. I do not think that will be useful. If I at some point figure out how to correct the out-of-date information I will edit.
