dbusmenu-qt build failure on MacOS Sequoia

1. I am trying to install Umbrello on a 64-bit iMac running macOS Sequoia.
2. I have installed MacPorts using the pkg as described here: https://www.macports.org/install.php
3. I then installed xorg-server as described here: ​https://ports.macports.org/port/xorg-server/
4. I then attempted to install Umbrello as described here: ​https://ports.macports.org/port/umbrello/

These actions result in the following error:
