quartz-wm @1.3.2_1: X11 window minimization doesn't work, starting with macOS 15.4

Description
As of this week's macOS 15.4 update, X11 windows don't minimize: the yellow window button does nothing, ditto command-M, ditto the Window/Minimize menu item. It was fine in previous minor releases. I suppose this is quartz-wm's bailiwick not xorg-server's.
I'm observing this with
quartz-wm @1.3.2_1 (active) xorg-server @1.20.11_1 (active)
I also tried xquartz 2.8.5, but it has the same problem (along with some other ones)
