Looks like the domain name may have expired. It's currently serving a Network Solutions under construction page.

According to the ​archived download page, 2.0beta.7.2 was released 2006-12-01. The latest version there was 2.10, released 2012-05-01.

Looks like the project is now at ​https://www.heyu.org and ​https://github.com/HeyuX10Automation/heyu and version 2.10.3 was released there 2021-04-30.
