Description

After update to macOS 26.0.1 attempting to build kicad fails due to py311-wxpython-4.0 dependency. 

:info:build ld: framework 'AGL' not found
:info:build clang++: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)

Xcode Version 26.0.1 (17A400)

Yeah we'll need to apply the same fix as in #73005.

py-wxpython-4.0: Don't link with AGL

AGL is gone on macOS 26 and wxWidgets didn't need it.
