Python 313 fails to build on High Sierra generating the following error: 

make: *** [profile-run-stamp] Illegal instruction: 4

Is a crash log generated?

I do not think so? Where would the crash log be located?

Usually in either /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports or ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports. You may also be able to find them in the Console app.

I could not find any relevant crash reports in /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports or ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports.

P.S. I also looks at all the logs etc in the Console App. Nothing found.
