cmake-devel: update to 4.3

This is a request to update cmake-devel to the 4.3 series (currently at 4.3.0-rc2).

I rely on MacPorts to test my software with new CMake versions as they come out. This time the update is less straightforward as it requires adjustment to the patch files, and unfortunately I can't find the time to do it myself right now. I am hoping that someone would be interested in performing this update soon.

I am working on updating to 4.3.2, released April 21. All of the old patch files worked, except for one. I updated patch-qt5gui.diff which is for the cmake-gui-devel subport.

Cmake-gui-devel now compiles fine, produces many output files, but is failing in destroot on CI. Please see log files through this CI link. Any advice?

Upstream CMake is now up to version 4.4.0. Of the 13 previous MacPorts patch files, 6 are now failing. If anyone has patch updates to share, please post. Thank you.

Correction. 13 patch files total, 7 working, 4 failing, 2 leftover files not in current use.
