xorg-server @1.20.11_1: Problem displaying x11 windows in Tahoe

Description
After updating to Tahoe, x11 windows don't show up/refresh properly. A simple gs of a PostScript file leads to a completely black window. Resizing the window updates its content, often with glitches. Same problems using gv or other third-party x11-based apps.

I can also confirm that this issue is fixed with the release of macOS 26.5. I tested it with xdot, xschem, and KLayout launched in the IIC-OSIC-TOOLS container executed by podman.

I just tested the display of PostScript files with gs and the refresh problem I had in Tahoe is apparently solved thanks to macOS 26.5. See release notes in:

and see also the recent comments in:

I must say that the same .ps files visualized with gv appear with a wrong aspect ratio when my external monitor is connected, but this is very probably a different issue. In any case no refresh problem in gv either, and no wrong aspect ratio in gv when working on my MacBook Pro with no external monitor connected.
Give it a try if you faced the refresh issue with some X11 apps.
