Ports abandoned by michaelld

Michael, do you want to drop maintainership of your ports? I haven't seen you respond to tickets or be active on the mailing lists in awhile and ​your last commit to MacPorts was over three years ago.

Hey Ryan! Thanks for reaching out & wow I didn't realize I was helping with so many ports. Yes, I'd like to drop maintainership on all but UHD*, VOLK*, and GNURADIO* ... those I will want to get updated, but they can be openmaintainer along with me so that others can help out; I've resisted this in the past but reality keeps getting in the way of me doing updates ... radical acceptance here! I will get back to MP again some day ... maybe after a summer break of "normal" work hours and living some life again after 3 years.

FYI I started an indoor rock climbing business 3 years ago & between it (as CEO, CFO, COO, legal, HR, etc) & my job as a computer programmer I just have no spare time -- even for myself! We're selling the rock climbing business in a couple months and after that we'll see how much time I have since my computer programmer job has ramped up a LOT in the past year or so. I love both jobs but working 80 hours a week regularly is really stressful.

Thank you for everything you do for MacPorts & its community, and for helping me out here. :)

Michael, I have assumed that something like this was happening! Thus I, along with some others, have informally kept some ports, e.g. stellarium, up to date. I'll assume maintainership of some ports that are in the dependency chain of those I directly maintain.
