Summary: evince @3.36.7_5 +quartz fails to configure → evince @3.36.7_5: Fails to autoreconf

It's not specific to any variant. It fails during autoreconf. This could be fallout either from the recent autoconf 2.73 update or, I suspect, from the recent gettext 1.0 update. I have some experience fixing these issues so I'll take a look.
