pinentry-mac @1.3.1.1 fails to build: incompatible pointer types sending 'const CFStringRef _Nonnull'

When attempting to install from sources (x86 on Tahoe 26.5.2), I get build failures–compilation errors.

This gets pulled in as a prereq for poppler.
