libmikmod-3.1.11a fails to install on 10.4. 3.2.0 installs cleanly with no errors so please update it. I am attaching a Portfile diff and a full Portfile.

No patches are needed with 3.2.0 so the files directory should be removed.

I just went ahead and committed this since 3.1.11a fails to build now and people can't use xmms without it. I also put the esound dependency in a variant to satisfy bug #4237.
