mpeg4ip-1.4.1

The portfile as it stands does not build several tools available with mpeg4ip. This is a result of the --disable-server flag given to configure.cmd (See http://mpeg4ip.sourceforge.net/documentation/index.php#directory and look at the listing of the tools under the server directory). Most notably mp4creator is not built and installed as of now.
