xemacs+sumo doesn't build

Description
the xemacs+sumo package fails to build. sumo package xemacs-sumo-2005-12-08.tar.gz seems to be unavailable at any mirror. the mirrors all have a newer 2006 version instead.

I updated the Portfile to use the latest sumo package. The new Portfile should be available in a little while.
