Error installing Qt3 on MacBook Pro

I have XCode 2.3 installed and the X11SDK.pkg (X11 option in installer was greyed out) and I get this error when installing Qt3 on my MacBook Pro which has all updates applied.

It sounds strange. Have you installed Apple's X11 1.1?

I did not have X11.app installed only the X11SDK. Will try to install when I get the DVD and try again.
