py-biopython 1.41

Description: Updated to current version 1.41, DIFF attached.

Comments: I removed the line with the patch file ("patchfiles patch-Bio_triemodule.c") as I don't really understand if this patch is still needed. If it's needed nonetheless, I'm sorry. For me the port installed smoothly without and runs well (as far as I have tested).
