Description
According to the changelog under Debian, there's a "new upstream version fixing utf8 combining characters handling. The bugs could be used to crash/hang screen by writing a special string to a window (CVE-2006-4573)."
Moreover screen should be linked against the MacPorts ncurses version as the system ncurses library is broken (several display problems, e.g. with Emacs in Mail mode, due to bold characters -- the problem occurs only in screen).
