NEW: fox16-1.6.25

The port for FOX ("x11/fox") is currently unmaintained. I am attaching a Portfile for the current stable release of FOX (fox-1.6.25) and am volunteering to become the maintainer for that port (and any future updates to it). I'm unsure of the existing dependencies for the existing "fox" port, and so I'm hesitant to say whether it should be removed or what-have-you.

Because changes in the minor version number signal non-compatible API changes, I recommend adopting a naming convention similar to that used for many other ports: fox16 as the port name for FOX 1.6.x; fox18 for the (eventual) FOX 1.8.x series, and so on.

In the MacPorts tree, there are 2 ports that have dependencies on fox:

ruby/rb-fxruby x11/fxscintilla

What about updating them to 1.6.8 and 1.7.1 respectively since each supports Fox 1.6.x, then simultaneously update fox from 1.2 to 1.6.25? I realize that we may need multiple fox ports at some point in the future, but it is preferable to keep the number of duplicate ports as low as possible and 1.2 is not even the next to latest app version. What do you think of that?

I just went ahead and updated rb-fxruby, fxscintilla, and updated the fox port to what you submitted as fox16. Thanks for contributing and also taking maintainership!
